Kobayagi cake – for those who like to prepare cakes without baking.
And so... I was pleasantly surprised by a gift package full of things for making cakes and cookies. I was happy to use part of it to prepare this cake 😉

Kobayagi cake - Kristina Gašpar
- Necessary ingredients for the crust:
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar, bourbon vanilla
- 1 dl of water
- 100 g of margarine
- 200 g of biscuits
- 50 g of ground walnuts
- Necessary ingredients for fil1:
- 1 bag of frozen strawberry dessert
- 2 dl of milk
- 100 g of ground biscuits
- Necessary ingredients for fil2:
- 300 g of strawberries
- 60 g of sugar
- 30 g of thick or vanilla pudding
- 1,5 dl of water
- Decoration:
- 2 bags of whipped cream
- 2,5 dl of milk
- Decor products of your choice (hearts (stars, beads, chocolate chips...))
- For the crust, boil water and sugar, then add bourbon, vanilla and margarine. Mix until the margarine melts and the mixture cools a little. Then add nuts and biscuits. Combine all the ingredients and pour into a mold with a diameter of 23 cm, which you have previously lined with transparent foil. Level the mixture.
- For filling 1, beat the frozen dessert with milk or water and add biscuits. Combine the ingredients and pour over the crust. Align the filling.
- For filling 2, boil strawberries, sugar and thickened water. The mixture should boil for several minutes. Cool by mixing and pour over filling 1.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
- Transfer it to a tray and decorate with whipped cream and decorations.
