Kobayagi cake - Kristina Gašpar

Kobayagi cake – for those who like to prepare cakes without baking.

And so... I was pleasantly surprised by a gift package full of things for making cakes and cookies. I was happy to use part of it to prepare this cake 😉

I suggest you prepare it for the upcoming holidays.

  1. For the crust, boil water and sugar, then add bourbon, vanilla and margarine. Mix until the margarine melts and the mixture cools a little. Then add nuts and biscuits. Combine all the ingredients and pour into a mold with a diameter of 23 cm, which you have previously lined with transparent foil. Level the mixture.
  2. For filling 1, beat the frozen dessert with milk or water and add biscuits. Combine the ingredients and pour over the crust. Align the filling.
  3. For filling 2, boil strawberries, sugar and thickened water. The mixture should boil for several minutes. Cool by mixing and pour over filling 1.
  4. Place the cake in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
  5. Transfer it to a tray and decorate with whipped cream and decorations.
