"Swan Lake" cake.

For the crust:

  • 6 eggs
  • 6 spoons of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons walnuts (ground)
  • 3 tablespoons flour

For the roll:

  • 7 eggs
  • 7 spoons of sugar
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 7 tablespoons of apricot jam (6-7 tablespoons)
  • 5 tablespoons of walnuts

For the filling:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 6 tablespoon flour
  • 4 spoons of density
  • 16 spoon of sugar
  • 5 sachet of vanilla
  • 250 g of margarine

And more:

  • 4 banana
  • 100 g of raisins
  • 100 g green candy (finely chopped)
  • 5 pieces of kiwi
  • 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 2 pieces of orange (or 3 tangerines)
  • 2 bags of gelatin
  • 1 bag of whipped cream
  1. For the crust, whip the egg whites with sugar until foamy, then add the yolks and when all the sugar has melted, add ml. walnuts and at the end gently stir in the flour. Pour the mixture into a round tray lined with baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes. at 180 degrees
    During this time, for the roll, whip the egg whites with sugar until foamy, add the egg yolks and finally gently mix in the flour. Bake the mixture in a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper. Take the baked roll out of the oven, put it on a cloth, spread it with jam and sprinkle ml over it. or finely chopped walnuts.
    Roll up the crust lightly and leave to cool. Cut the cold roll into rings.
    For the filling, mix the flour and thickener in 1/2 l of milk. Add sugar and vanilla to the rest of the milk, and when it boils, add the previous mixture and cook a thick cream. Add margarine to the lukewarm cream and beat with a mixer until it becomes foamy. In half of the filling, add chopped jelly candies and raisins that you soaked in lemon juice.

Assembling the cake: put the crust on a round cake tray, spread it with a little jam, then put 1/2 of the white filling... arrange the bananas, put the rest of the white filling... arrange the roll rings, then all the filling with raisins and jelly candies... arrange the rings over kiwi and tangerines or oranges.

  3. Dissolve the gelatin in 1,5 dl of cold water and let it gel for a few minutes. After that, just crush it a little and pour it over the fruit on the cake.

  4. Leave the cake to cool and harden, then decorate it around with whipped cream.
