Lazy woman cake - my version ready in 15 minutes!
Lazy woman cake, ingredients for a diameter of 20 cm:
- 4 dl of sour water
- 400 g of powdered whipped cream
- 100 g of sour cream
- 200 g of ground biscuits
- 180 g of chocolate biscuit with filling
- 150 g hazelnut cream
- 20 g of biscuits for decoration
Approximate preparation time 15 minutes.
Lazy woman cake, preparation:
- whisk sour water and powdered cream
- add sour cream and mix well
- Set aside 1/4 of the mass for decoration
- divide the rest of the mass into 3 equal parts
- add ground biscuit to one part
- add hazelnut cream to the second part
- in the third part, a chocolate biscuit with filling
- mix each part well
- heat the mold for easier removal later
- first put the part with ground biscuit in the mold and spread it evenly
- then put the part with the chocolate biscuit and spread it evenly
- and finally put the part with the hazelnut cream and distribute it evenly
- decorate as desired
- cool the cake well before serving
