Date cake - very tasty date cake with chocolate topping.
Bark:
- 10 egg whites
- 300 g of sugar
- 250 g of dates
- 80 g of flour
- 2 handfuls of walnuts
File:
- 10 egg yolks
- 10 spoon of sugar
- 100 g of chocolate
- 250 g of butter (whipped)
Peels:
- Beat egg whites with sugar.
- Chop dates and mix with flour and chopped walnuts.
- Knead everything together to get a uniform mass.
- Bake in a greased larger tray on baking paper for 30 minutes at 175 degrees.
- If desired, cut the baked crust into two or three parts (crusts), before filling.
File:
- Beat egg yolks and sugar and steam for 20 minutes and finally add chocolate.
- When the filling has cooled, add the whipped butter.
- Cool the cake well before serving. Pleasant!
