Prince Philip cake, an exceptional combination of walnuts, ground biscuits and bananas. A treat for every occasion.
- 150 g of walnuts
- 350 g ground biscuit (lean)
- 200 g of powdered sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 6 pieces of banana
- 4 pieces of apple (pickled)
- 1 bag of vegetable cream
- In a mixing bowl, mix together, using a mixer, margarine, powdered sugar, ground biscuits, 3 mashed bananas and grated apples and walnuts.
- From obtaining the mass, form an oblong shape of the cake.
- Cut the bananas into rings and cover the cake with them.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the whipped cream with a mixer. Cover the cake with whipped cream. Decorate the cake with a few banana rings. Serve well chilled, cut into slices.
