Cake with pumpkin and apples - a light cake.

It is necessary:

  • 750 g of pumpkin (cut into cubes)
  • 750 g apples (chopped into cubes)
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

For the crust:

  • 4 pieces of eggs
  • 8 spoon of sugar
  • 1 dcl of oil
  • 1 dcl of milk
  • 8 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 bag of baking powder

For the filling:

  • 8 dcl of milk
  • 5 spoon of sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla pudding

To decorate:

  • 1 bag of whipped cream powder
  • 100 g of pumpkin (cut into cubes)
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 dcl of water
  • 1 spoons of density
  1. Clean the pumpkin from seeds and peel, cut into cubes.
    Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.
    Mix apple and pumpkin cubes, add vanilla, ginger, cinnamon and mix.
    Grease a mold or deep baking dish with butter and sprinkle with 100 g of sugar, put the mixed pumpkin and apple cubes on top and sprinkle with 100 g of sugar.
    Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Meanwhile, whip the mixture for the crust. Beat 4 egg whites with 8 spoons of sugar, add 4 egg yolks one by one while beating. Add oil, milk, flour and baking powder.
    Pour the mass over the baked apples and bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
    Place the roast on a tray so that the crust is on the bottom and the apples and pumpkins are on top, and leave to cool.

  2. Put 7 dcl of milk and 5 spoons of sugar in a bowl to cook. Beat 2 vanilla puddings and add 1 dcl of milk to the hot milk and cook until it thickens.
    When it thickens, cool it and put it warm over the layer of pumpkin and apples. Leave to cool well.
    Whip 1 bag of whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag and spread over the cake.
    Boil 100 g of pumpkin cut into cubes with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 dcl of water. Blend, add 1 tablespoon of thickeners and cook until it thickens, cool to lukewarm, put in a cake decorating syringe and decorate the cake.
