Cake with fried peppers - a very tasty cake for lovers of fried peppers.
Cake with fried peppers, ingredients:
- 15 roasted peppers
- 3 eggs
- 250 g mayonnaise
- 200 g of ham salami
- 200 g of cheese
- 100 g flour
- landing
- Sesame
- sunflower seed
- 1 cup sour cream
- mix of spices
Cake with fried peppers, preparation:
- Roast the pepper, peel it, clean it from the seeds, divide it in half and drain the excess liquid.
- Roll the prepared pepper fillets in flour and then in beaten eggs.
- Add a little salt to the eggs and flour with herbal seasoning.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Cut the salami into thin rings, and cut the cheese into thin strips.
- When the pepper has cooled, arrange it on a suitable dish. Order: fried pepper, mayonnaise and sour cream mixture, salami, mixture, cheese, mixture. Then another row of fried peppers, mixture, salami, mixture, cheese, mixture. Finish the cake with the remaining mixture.
- Sprinkle it with grated cheese and toasted sesame seeds. Decorate with sunflower seeds.
