Cake with red pepper - Zuzana Grnja

- 300 g of small cheese
- 100 g of Prague ham
- 3 boiled carrots
- 3 boiled eggs
- 4-5 smaller cucumbers
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 2 dl sour cream
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Decoration:
- 3 pickles
- a little fresh parsley leaf
- Roast the whole peppers on a baking tray at 220 degrees, turning occasionally. Then clean them from the seeds and let them drain.
- Cook the carrot until soft, and hard-boil the eggs. After that, finely chop the carrot and eggs.
- Then finely chop the onion, cucumbers and garlic.
- Separately beat the small cheese with 100ml. sour cream and mayonnaise, then add the prepared turnips, eggs, garlic, cucumbers and ham. Mix everything well and combine.
- Cut the roasted and cleaned peppers into four parts (lengthwise) and arrange them on a shallow tray and spread the prepared filling on top. Then arrange the peppers again, file them and finish with peppers on top.
- Place the cake in the refrigerator to set well, and before serving, whip the remaining sour cream and spread it on top.
- Decorate the cake with pickles and leaves.
