Apple cake - very juicy and very refreshing cake... and very quick to make...
- 3 pieces of apples (larger, or 6 smaller)
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 spoons of sugar
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 0,5 bag of baking powder
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- Peel the apples, take out the middle and if the apples are bigger, divide them in half, and if they are smaller, leave them as they are.
- Arrange the apples in a tray and sprinkle them with three spoons of sugar. Put the apples on the grill. Bake at 200.C for 15 minutes.
- While the apples are baking, beat the eggs with sugar and add the flour mixed with the pastry. Mix everything well - divide the mass in half and add 2 spoons of cocoa to one part.
- When the apples are baked, take them out of the oven and pour the cocoa mixture into each apple cavity and around the apples. Top with the yellow part.
- Bake at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes. Turn the baked cake out of the mold so that now the apples are on top and the dough is on the bottom. Whip whipped cream on top - decorate as desired...
