Cake with blackberries – a very tasty cake for blackberry lovers.
Any fruit can be used instead of blackberries, seasonally fresh is best.

Blackberry cake - a very tasty cake for blackberry lovers.
- 150 g peanuts (ground)
- 100 g margarine
- 100 ml of water
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 g biscuits (broken)
- 200 g of fruit yogurt (forest fruit)
- 500 g of blackberries
- 250 g of whipped cream
- 50 g walnuts (ground)
- 50 g of chocolate (grated)
- Mix water and sugar and boil the syrup. Add ground peanuts, biscuits and margarine. Leave the filling to cool.
- Add 100ml to the cooled filling. of fruit yogurt, ground and broken biscuits, combine everything nicely and divide into two parts.
- Sprinkle with a handful of walnuts and grated chocolate.
- Arrange the blackberries on the entire surface.
- Beat 50g. whipped cream with the remaining yogurt and cover with blackberry sauce. again sprinkle with a handful of walnuts and grated chocolate. beat the remaining cream with sour water and cover the cake.
- Garnish with blackberries and leave to cool well
You won't find the recipe for this cake anywhere because I designed it myself. It was created by combining several types of cakes, I took something away, added something and a wonderful cake was created. The combination worked because we quickly crushed it.
