Cake with dried fruit.

For the crust:

  • 7 pieces of egg whites
  • 7 spoons of sugar
  • 100 g walnuts (finely chopped)
  • 50 g of raisins
  • 50 g of dried figs (finely chopped)
  • 5 pieces of prunes (4-5 pieces, finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 0,5 pieces of lemon (peel)

For the cream:

  • 7 pieces of egg yolks
  • 7 spoons of sugar
  • 125 g of margarine
  • 2 bars of chocolate (for cooking)

And more:

  • 2 bags of marshmallows (powdered)
  1. Whip the egg whites into a mixture while gradually adding sugar. When all the sugar has dissolved and the sham has become firm, gently mix in the walnuts, dried figs, prunes, raisins, the grated rind of a previously well-washed lemon and finally the flour. Mix everything well and pour the mixture into the largest rectangular pan lined with baking paper. Bake in a heated oven at 200 degrees. about 15-20 minutes. Remove the crust, cool it, turn it over and cut it so that you get three crusts.

  2. For the steamed cream, beat the egg yolks with the sugar with a mixer, and when the cream reaches the required thickness, remove it from the heat.

  3. Beat the margarine with the softened chocolate until very foamy and add to the cream. Mix everything well with a mixer.

  4. Put the first crust on the cake tray, cover it with cream and so on. Spread the cream on the last crust as well.

  5. Cover the whole cake with whipped cream, cool it well and serve.
