Tortellini with mushrooms - Ivana Pešić
- 400 g of tortellini
- 300 g of fresh paprika
- 300 g of mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 300 ml of tomato juice

- Sauté finely chopped peppers in slightly heated oil, and when they soften, add mushrooms. When the vegetables are ready, pour tomato juice, season and add cooked tortellini. Knead well, pour into deeper plates and sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
