Tortillas with peppers and mushrooms - Marija Mirković

  • 200 g of flour
  • 125 ml of warm water
  • 40 g of fat
  • teaspoons half baking powder
  • a little salt (a little sugar)

  • 200 g of roasted peppers
  • 200 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 100 g of dry meat
  • Salt (spice, pepper)
  1. In a bowl with flour, add baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix everything well. Add the fat and mix until the fat crumbles.
  2. Pour water and knead the dough until all the ingredients are combined. Cover the kneaded dough with a cloth and leave it at room temperature for a while. Knead the dough and divide it into 6 equal parts and shape them into balls. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough into a circle with a diameter of 13-15 cm. Bake the tortillas on a Teflon pan for about 20 seconds on each side. Cover the baked tortillas with a cloth to prevent them from drying out.

  4. Fry finely chopped onion. Add finely chopped paprika and mushrooms. Simmer until the vegetable juice boils. Stir in a spoonful of flour and add milk. The filling should be thicker. Add sour cream, salt, spices and pepper. Spread the filling on the tortillas. Place dry meat at the beginning of the tortilla and roll it up. Arrange the tortillas in a fireproof bowl, spread them with the rest of the filling and bake in the oven.
