Belgrade, 31.03.2016 - Crédit Agricole Bank Srbija, METRO Cash & Carry Srbija and Bambi Company, in cooperation with the Secretariat for Education and Child Protection of the City Administration of the City of Belgrade and the non-governmental humanitarian organization Banka Hrane, signed a new cooperation agreement and announced a joint participation in a humanitarian project A magical breakfast.
On behalf of the City, the agreement was signed by the City Secretary for Education and Child Protection Snežana Đurić, on behalf of METRO Cash & Carry Srbija - General Manager Roberto Mancuso, on behalf of Bambi Company - General Manager Bojan Radun, and on behalf of Crédit Agricole Bank Srbija Mr. Carlos de Cordoue, President of the CA Executive Board.
As part of the campaign, Crédit Agricole Serbia, METRO Cash & Carry Serbia and the Bambi company will donate products and funds for the youngest, while Coca-Cola Hellenic Serbia, a traditional friend of the project, joined the campaign by donating juices for each packet.
The goal of the humanitarian action "Magic Breakfast" is to collect food for schools for children with developmental disabilities. By making a payment to the Food Bank's account at Credit Agricole Bank or by purchasing specially formed packages in METRO chain facilities, which cost 280 dinars, citizens and companies will provide an additional meal for students, and the Food Bank will distribute the food collected in this way evenly, according to the number of students, to schools for children with developmental disabilities.
As part of the ninth Magic Breakfast in the Horeca center in Vidikovac, on April 7, 2016, an event will be organized during which a team of chefs led by master chef Uroš Urošević and members of the management boards of Crédit Agricole Bank Srbija, METRO Cash & Carry and Bambi Group will prepare meals for the students of the school "Miloje Pavlović", which will be delivered to the children on the same day.
