Traditional recipe for colorful kugloff.

Traditional recipe for colorful kuglof, ingredients:

  • 3 haha,
  • 200 g of sugar,
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar,
  • 250 ml of oil,
  • 100 g of raisins,
  • 375 ml of milk,
  • 450 g of flour,
  • 1 bag of baking powder and
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Traditional recipe for colorful kuglof, preparation:

  • Beat eggs and sugar, add vanillin sugar, oil, milk, raisins, flour and finally baking powder. Combine everything well. Divide the entire mass into two parts and add cocoa to one part and mix well.
  • Grease and lightly flour the kugloff mold. Spoon the dark mass all over the bottom, 3 to 4 spoons, then pour the light mass over it and repeat until all is used up.
  • Turn on the oven at 180°C (do this when you start pouring the mixture into the mold, by the time you finish pouring, the oven will be hot) and bake the kuglof for about 45 to 50 minutes. Test with a wooden stick whether the kuglof is baked, if the dough does not stick to the stick - it is baked.
  • Leave the kuglof in the mold to cool.
  • You can cover the kuglof with melted chocolate or just sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
  • That is, decorate to taste!
