Swiss chard is often called a guardian of health because it is rich in vitamin K, iron, calcium, proteins, vegetable oils... Thanks to all this, it is great for the health of the brain and blood vessels...

Traditional Swiss chard with potatoes, ingredients:

  • 250 g of Swiss chard,
  • 500 g of potatoes,
  • a little oil,
  • I know i
  • five cloves of garlic, or to taste.

Traditional Swiss chard with potatoes, preparation:

  • Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, then boil them in salted water.
  • Wash the Swiss chard, chop it and cook it for 7 to 10 minutes in salted water.
  • Drain the potatoes and Swiss chard, then mix and cover with oil.
  • If desired, add chopped garlic, which you previously fried briefly in oil.
