Three types of quinoa grains with vegetables - quinoa is healthy for babies, and you can mix it with everything. It is important that it is well cooked and blended.
- 0,5 handful of quinoa grains
- 0,5 handful of red quinoa grains
- 0,5 handful of black quinoa grains
- 1 piece zucchini (diced)
- 1 piece of red potato (diced)
- 0,5 handful of baby carrots
- nana
- Thyme
- Peel the zucchini and potatoes and cut them into cubes. Put all three types of quinoa and a pinch of mint and thyme into the water.
- Cook for about 15 minutes until the quinoa is tender. The black grain is the hardest, so check it.
- When everything has softened, sift it and put it in a blender and blend until you get a uniform mass. It is possible that the black quinoa grain, although cooked, will remain as a grain, but it will be soft, so your baby will not struggle.
- Cool and serve to baby.
