If you like liver, try it
- 500 g liver (pork or beef, finely chopped)
- 350 g of pasta (tricolor)
- 3 pieces of red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- salt (to taste)
- 5 tablespoons of oil
- pepper (to taste)
- dry herb seasoning (to taste)
- Chop the onion and pepper.
- Pour oil into the pan and add onion and pepper to fry. Fry for about five minutes.
- Then add chopped liver and fry for ten minutes.
Stir all the time to avoid burning. Towards the end, add salt, pepper and a little dry spice. - It is important to add salt at the end and not during the preparation so that the liver is not tough.
- Cook the pasta and serve together with liver.
- Serve while hot.
