If you like liver, try it

  • 500 g liver (pork or beef, finely chopped)
  • 350 g of pasta (tricolor)
  • 3 pieces of red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • salt (to taste)
  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • pepper (to taste)
  • dry herb seasoning (to taste)
  1. Chop the onion and pepper.
  2. Pour oil into the pan and add onion and pepper to fry. Fry for about five minutes.
  3. Then add chopped liver and fry for ten minutes.
    Stir all the time to avoid burning. Towards the end, add salt, pepper and a little dry spice.
  4. It is important to add salt at the end and not during the preparation so that the liver is not tough.
  5. Cook the pasta and serve together with liver.
  6. Serve while hot.
