  • Ingredients for Part 1:
  • 100 g flour type 500
  • 50 g of whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 g of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 dl of lukewarm water
  • Ingredients for Part 2:
  • 150 g flour type 500
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 g of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 dl of lukewarm water
  • Ingredients for Part 3:
  • 150 g flour type 500
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 g of dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 dl of lukewarm tomato juice
  • For sprinkling:
  • 2 tablespoons of unground poppy seeds
  1. Each part of the dough is prepared in the same way - combine all the dry ingredients, make a well, then add the liquid ingredients and let the dough double in size.
  2. Roll out each dough into a rectangle with approximate dimensions of 20*30.
  3. Connect the dough in the desired order. Coat each part with water, then put the other part and press a little with your hands so that the dough sticks to each other. Pour poppy seeds over the last part and twist the roll. Additionally shape the bread with your hands. You can bake the bread in a bread mold (then it will have a nicer shape) or in a regular baking tray.
  4. Let the bread stand for about an hour. Bake it at 200 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce it to 150 and bake it for another 15 minutes.
