For the dough;
- 2 glasses of water (a glass of 2 dl.)
- 4 teaspoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of fat
- 2 cups flour (T-400 soft)
- 4 eggs
more
- 1 l. oil (for frying tulumbi)
Sherbet: (sugar syrup for pouring tulumba)
- 2 cups of sugar
- 2 glasses of water
- 1 lemon cut into rings
- <strong>Preparation: </strong>
- Bring the water, sugar and fat to a boil, then when it boils, remove from the heat and stir in the flour - return to the heat for another 1 min. and cool the dough.
- Add the eggs to the cooled dough one by one (if the eggs are large, add three and if they are smaller, then four).
- Put the dough in a syringe for tulumbes, squeeze them into hot oil and fry in deep oil. The tulumbes will turn and fry by themselves. Fry them until they are golden brown.
- In the beginning, when they are placed in the oil, the fire should be stronger and then reduced.
- Boil the dressing for parties for 10 minutes, then cool.
- Roll the hot balls in the cooled dressing.
