Tuna salad for children - my daughter loves fish, although most often you can find salmon and hake on our menu, tuna is also recommended for children, some say, as early as 6 months, but we introduced it only after a year and a half.
Tuna salad for children, ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of tuna (in water), strained
- 3 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 50 g of tagliatelle pasta
- olive oil
- parsley
Tuna salad for children, preparation:
- Cook tagliatelle in water until soft. Wash through cold water and strain. Chop them up.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes into small rings and add to the tagliatelle.
- Use canned tuna only in water, not in oil. Strain and pour two tablespoons into the tagliatelle.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle with parsley.
- Stir and serve to the child.
This is a quick meal that gives energy and everything a child needs. Personally, I don't give tuna more than twice a month, but my daughter eats fish twice a week. You can make the same salad with salmon, hake or any other fish fillet, and you can find more recipes for meals with fish here on the site. Pleasant.
