Turkish pasta - a very unusual and interesting combination.
- 200 g of pasta (optional)
- 1 piece of onion
- 200 g of beef (ground)
- 1 piece of zucchini (larger)
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- so
- beaver
- olive oil
DRESSING:
- 300 g of Greek yogurt
- 1 cloves of garlic
- parsley (optional)
- olive oil
- First prepare the dressing. Sauté finely chopped garlic in a little olive oil until fragrant. Add it to yogurt, add finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste. Leave the dressing in the fridge to cool while you prepare the rest.
- While the pasta is cooking, sauté the finely chopped onion in a little oil, add the minced meat and fry until it changes color. Season with sweet paprika and add the grated zucchini and stew everything together for another 5 minutes and season to taste.
- Strain the pasta, pour over the meat and add the yogurt dressing on top.
Serve warm. This is a measure for 2 people.
