Pickled cauliflower - a wonderful salad, and for cauliflower lovers, this is the right salad.

  • 1500 g of fresh cauliflower (cleaned and cut into smaller heads)
  • 1500 ml of water
  • 500 ml of alcoholic vinegar:
  • 125 g of sugar
  • 100 g of salt
  • 20 g of black peppercorns
  • 2 gr grapes
  • 2 g of preservatives
  1. Pour water into a large pot, add vinegar, salt, sugar, peppercorns, add grapes and preservative. Stir with a kettle and put on the stove to boil. When it boils, let it boil for 15 minutes. Cool the dressing.
  2. Clean, wash and cut the cauliflower into smaller heads. Drain the water and place in jars.
  3. Pour the cold dressing over the vegetables. Close the jars and store in a cool place. Pleasant.
