Belgrade, October 10.03.2017, XNUMX The third edition of the Tastes of France/Goût De France project was presented today at the press conference.
17 restaurants were also presented, 14 from Belgrade and 3 from Novi Sad, which will participate in this traditional spring meeting of lovers of French gastronomy in the world, which gathers more than 2.000 restaurants and chefs on all five continents.
French menus, approved by a special jury composed of the world's greatest chefs, will be served to you on March 21, 2017 by Belgrade restaurants Casa Nova, Enso, Franch, Homa, Hotel Moskva, Kalemegdanska terrace, Club of Writers, Madera, On the corner, Oxalis, Splav Play, The Square, Voulez-vous i Frog, as well as Novi Sad Cafemat 021, Scarpetta i Zak.
After the press conference, she followed tasting samples of the French menu of the mentioned restaurants, as well as tasting French products which are available on the Serbian market thanks to the efforts of producers and distributors Delice, Lactalis, Mlekoprodukt/Savencia i Petite canteen.
The third edition of the international manifestation, Goût de France / Good France, will gather on March 21, 2017, more than 2.000 culinary masters on 5 continents, in celebration of French gastronomy.
This special event of a simultaneous dinner with a French menu on all 5 continents will pay tribute to the excellence of French cuisine, its ability to innovate as well as the values it contains, which are friendship, enjoyment of delicious food and good company, respect for the health of our contemporaries and our planet.
