Fair of chocolate, coffee and hot drinks in Kragujevac soon

At the Šumadija fair in Kragujevac from March 24 to 26, 2017 is being held Fair of chocolate, coffee and hot drinks.

At the fair, producers and distributors from the field of confectionery industry from the country and abroad, producers and distributors of coffee, importers, manufacturers and distributors of confectionery equipment, accompanying equipment for cafes, bars and the HoReCa sector, representatives of the confectionery industry, and accompanying products such as are tea pastries and other accessories for coffee and tea.

The fair of chocolate, coffee and hot drinks will include numerous organizations, institutions and associations dealing with catering, training and consulting services.

For the first time in Serbia, an international competition of culinary master confectioners will be organized for the best dessert in Serbia for the year 2017, competition of hotels and restaurants of Serbia for the best restaurant dessert, as well as competition in chocolate works and festival cakes.

All three days of the fair will be held in the central master kitchen professional program for confectioners "Chocolate Professional" which will provide pastry chefs and pastry lovers with a unique educational program, as well as educational ones "Coffee Professional" coffee preparation workshops.

Professional gastronomic associations, such as HoReCa Association Kragujevac, which provides organizational support for the competition and educational program, Romanian Association ACCEA, Association of Master Chefs of Serbia, Association of Master Chefs of Croatia, Association of Tourist Professionals from Nis, AREGALA Slovakia, Association of Sumadija Sommeliers and Association of Coffee Lovers "Kafopija" ”, will hold various professional presentations and masterclasses, will make sculptures from butter, sugar and chocolate, chocolate cocktails, chocolate treats and many other interesting things.

The Association of Sommeliers of Šumadija will hold an expert workshop on the pairing of chocolate and wine. Special guest and lecturer about coffee will be Ivan Abramo from Italy, and the arrival was confirmed by our greatest experts Zdravko Gavrilović (Square Nine Hotel) and Petar Zuljevic (author of the show "Sa slatki na ti").
