Easter braids, ingredients:

  • 700 g of flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 20 g of fresh yeast (half a packet)
  • 100 g of fat
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 eggs

Easter braids, preparation:

  1. Stir the yeast to rise. Add 1 egg and fat to the flour, then mix the dough with yeast.
  2. Leave it to rise for half an hour.
  3. When the dough has risen, knead it. Separate a part of the dough from the mixture and make balls with your palms. Place three rollers parallel and weave a braid. Connect the ends in a circle.
  4. Leave them in the tray to stand for about 15 minutes.
  5. Coat each braid with egg. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
