Easter braids – delicious braids.
Easter braids - Marija Mirković
Easter braids, ingredients:
- 700 g of flour
- 300 ml milk
- 20 g of fresh yeast (half a packet)
- 100 g of fat
- 1 spoon of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 2 eggs
Easter braids, preparation:
- Stir the yeast to rise. Add 1 egg and fat to the flour, then mix the dough with yeast.
- Leave it to rise for half an hour.
- When the dough has risen, knead it. Separate a part of the dough from the mixture and make balls with your palms. Place three rollers parallel and weave a braid. Connect the ends in a circle.
- Leave them in the tray to stand for about 15 minutes.
- Coat each braid with egg. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
