Uštipci - serve with a sweet or salty side dish!
- 300 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- 50 g margarine
- 10 g of fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 50 ml of water
- Mix flour and salt in a suitable bowl, then add eggs and margarine at room temperature.
- Crumble the yeast, add sugar and water, mix well and add to the flour.
- Knead a smooth dough, put it in a plastic bag and leave it in the refrigerator to rest for 2 hours.
- Then roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cut into squares and fry in hot oil.
