- 20 g of fresh yeast
- 800 g flour type 500
- 1 piece of egg
- 1 spoon of salt
- water (if needed)
- 250 ml of oil (for frying, 200 - 250 ml)
- Mix the yeast in a little water, add half a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Let it come. Sift the flour, add a spoonful of salt, yeast, egg and water as needed, to get a dough a little thicker than for pancakes, then mix it well with a whisk until bubbles appear. Let the dough rest for about 15-20 minutes.
- Heat the oil well to a medium temperature. Remove the pegs with a spoon and fry in hot oil.
- Drain the fat on a kitchen towel and serve as desired: salty - with cheese, cream, sour cream. Or sweet - with jam or rolled in crystal sugar.
