  • 20 g of fresh yeast
  • 800 g flour type 500

  1. Mix the yeast in a little water, add half a teaspoon of sugar and half a teaspoon of salt. Let it come. Sift the flour, add a spoonful of salt, yeast, egg and water as needed, to get a dough a little thicker than for pancakes, then mix it well with a whisk until bubbles appear. Let the dough rest for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil well to a medium temperature. Remove the pegs with a spoon and fry in hot oil.
  3. Drain the fat on a kitchen towel and serve as desired: salty - with cheese, cream, sour cream. Or sweet - with jam or rolled in crystal sugar.
