Potato wedges - potatoes can also be prepared like this.

  • 1 kg of old potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • baking powder on the tip of the knife
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil for frying
  1. Grate the potatoes and then soak them in cold water and let them stand for an hour.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except the potatoes, then drain the potatoes well and add them to the mixture.
  3. Pour the oil into the heated pan and then pour a spoonful of the mixture for the tongs.
  4. When it becomes golden brown on one side, turn the skewer to cook the other side as well.
  5. Drain the finished paste on a paper towel or napkin.
  6. Serve with whipped cream, salad or meat.
It is mandatory to make them from old potatoes that do not disintegrate by frying and cooking. If this is a large amount for you, reduce the ingredients proportionally.
