Potato wedges - Javorka Filipović
Potato wedges - potatoes can also be prepared like this.
- 1 kg of old potatoes
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup flour
- baking powder on the tip of the knife
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil for frying
- Grate the potatoes and then soak them in cold water and let them stand for an hour.
- Mix all the ingredients except the potatoes, then drain the potatoes well and add them to the mixture.
- Pour the oil into the heated pan and then pour a spoonful of the mixture for the tongs.
- When it becomes golden brown on one side, turn the skewer to cook the other side as well.
- Drain the finished paste on a paper towel or napkin.
- Serve with whipped cream, salad or meat.
It is mandatory to make them from old potatoes that do not disintegrate by frying and cooking. If this is a large amount for you, reduce the ingredients proportionally.
