Leafy kale chips - Jadranka Blažić

Kale pinches - this is an ideal breakfast for those on a chronic diet.

  • 4 leaves of kale
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 spoons of chickpea flour
  • 1 spoon of spelled flour
  • 50 ml of almond milk
  • so
  • beaver
  • spices
  • 1/2 baking powder
  1. Remove the leaves of the leafy kale from the roots and finely chop or blend in a large blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything.
  2. As for the spices, I added black and garlic powder and chopped dried chives.
  3. This can be baked nicely in a pan with a little oil, but I baked it on an electric grill because I didn't want to use fat.
  4. It has a very nice and unusual taste.
  5. It went perfectly with kefir.
Instead of chickpea and spelled flour, you can freely use the flour you like. Regular milk or water can be used instead of almond milk.
