Leafy kale chips - Jadranka Blažić
Kale pinches - this is an ideal breakfast for those on a chronic diet.
- 4 leaves of kale
- 3 eggs
- 2 spoons of chickpea flour
- 1 spoon of spelled flour
- 50 ml of almond milk
- so
- beaver
- spices
- 1/2 baking powder
- Remove the leaves of the leafy kale from the roots and finely chop or blend in a large blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything.
- As for the spices, I added black and garlic powder and chopped dried chives.
- This can be baked nicely in a pan with a little oil, but I baked it on an electric grill because I didn't want to use fat.
- It has a very nice and unusual taste.
- It went perfectly with kefir.
