Adilja Hodz's minced meat dumplings, recipes and cookbook online

Chopsticks made of minced meat.

  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 3 pieces of eggs
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 1,5 deciliters of acidic water
  • so
  • 1 onion (small)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • parsley (small, chopped)
  • oil for frying
  • beaver
  • dry herbal spice
  1. Grate the black onion and finely chop the white onion and mix with the meat, add eggs, salt, pepper, dry herbs and chopped parsley. Finally, add flour and sour water. Mix everything well and let it stand for an hour.
  2. Remove the wedges with a spoon and fry in deep hot oil.
  3. Take out the finished clips and place them on a napkin to absorb excess fat.
  4. Serve with a side dish of your choice.
