Chopsticks made of minced meat and zucchini - Ljiljana Stanković
Minced meat and zucchini dumplings.
- 2 medium-sized zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 tablespoons of flour
- salt and spices to taste
- half a head of onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 fresh pepper
- 200 years mixed minced meat
- oil for frying
- Grate the zucchini and add a little salt. Let them stand for 10 minutes to release the water.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the drained zucchini.
- Add flour, finely chopped garlic, onion and paprika. Add minced meat and salt and spices, then mix everything well with a fork. It should be no thicker than pancake batter.
- Take the mass with a spoon and fry it in hot oil, but separate the patties so that they are not too thick.
- Put the fried ones on a paper napkin, so they drain.
