Mincemeat and zucchini dumplings Ljiljana Stankovic recipes and cookbook online

Minced meat and zucchini dumplings.

  • 2 medium-sized zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons of flour
  • salt and spices to taste
  • half a head of onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 fresh pepper
  • 200 years mixed minced meat
  • oil for frying
  1. Grate the zucchini and add a little salt. Let them stand for 10 minutes to release the water.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add the drained zucchini.
  3. Add flour, finely chopped garlic, onion and paprika. Add minced meat and salt and spices, then mix everything well with a fork. It should be no thicker than pancake batter.
  4. Take the mass with a spoon and fry it in hot oil, but separate the patties so that they are not too thick.
  5. Put the fried ones on a paper napkin, so they drain.
