Zucchini skewers - Ivana Pešić
- 2 zucchini
- 100 g of soy
- 100 g salami
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- 2 eggs

- Grate the zucchini, add salt and leave to stand. Then drain them, add the grated salami and the soybeans that you boiled earlier. Add flour, pastry, eggs and spices. Knead well, remove the pieces with a slotted spoon and fry in hot oil.
