Popsicles with yogurt.
Yogurt popsicles, ingredients:
- 2,5 dl of lukewarm water,
- 1 bag of dry yeast,
- 2 teaspoons of sugar,
- one cup for white yogurt coffee,
- 2 eggs,
- about 500 g of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
For frying:
- fat or oil.
Cookies with yogurt, preparation:
- Put lukewarm water, sugar and dry yeast in a deep bowl and mix.
- When the yeast starts to work, add eggs, yogurt and mix and add flour and mix well. Cover the resulting dough with a cloth and let it rise.
- When the dough has risen, put fat or oil in a deep pan, so that it heats up well, then with a spoon, which is first dipped in hot fat or oil, take the dough and put it in the fat or oil to fry.
- When one side is fried, the clip is turned and the other side is fried. This is how to fry the whole dough for the breadsticks.
- These nibbles can be eaten either salty or sweet, with powdered sugar or jam.
The preparation time is about 90 minutes and it is enough for 6 people.
