Chopsticks with zucchini - Slađana Šćekić
A wonderful breakfast or dinner with the taste of zucchini and basil....
- 1 small zucchini (250g.)
- 1 dl. milk
- 200 g. flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 eggs
- some fresh basil
- Beat eggs, add salt and grated zucchini (coarse).
- Mix and then add the milk and flour mixed with the pastry. When everything is assembled, add the chopped fresh basil.
- The mixture should be a little thicker than for pancakes (if the mixture is thinner, add a little more flour). Fry in a little oil....
- Serve with cheese or yogurt...
