Clips, ingredients:
- 400 g of flour,
- 2 haha,
- 1 bag of dry yeast,
- 4 dl of water,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 spoon of brandy and
- oil or fat for frying.
Clips, preparation:
- Beat the eggs with water, then add salt, sugar, flour, to which you previously added yeast, and finally a spoonful of brandy.
- Leave the dough to rise.
- Dip the spoon in a glass of water, so that the dough does not stick, and fry the pegs in heated oil or fat.
- Arrange them on a napkin to absorb the dried fat.
You can also roll them in powdered sugar, granulated sugar, depending on your taste. They are excellent in any combination.
