  • oil or fat for frying.

Clips, preparation:

  • Beat the eggs with water, add yeast, then add salt, sugar, flour and finally a spoonful of egg yolk.
  • Leave the dough to rise.
  • Dip the spoon in a glass of water, so that the dough does not stick, and fry the pegs in heated oil or fat.
  • Arrange them on a napkin to absorb the dried fat.

You can also roll them in powdered sugar, granulated sugar, depending on your taste, and they are excellent in any combination.
