Tucked Scheherazade - a melt-in-your-mouth cake, two-color biscuit and jam give the cake a perfect texture and wonderful taste.

  • 300 g of sugar
  • 1 dl of water
  • 150 g of margarine
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 200 g of plasma (ground)
  • 4 cups of plum jam
  • 150 g of Seherazade biscuits
  • 2 wafer sheets (less)
  1. Put sugar and water in a suitable bowl and let it boil. Reduce the temperature and add margarine, vanilla sugar and chocolate. Knead over low heat until the ingredients are combined. Remove from the stove and add the ground biscuits. Stir and let it cool down. spread half of the warm filling on a small wafer, cover it with plum jam, arrange a Seherezada biscuit, jam over the biscuit, then the other half of the filling, then the second sheet of wafer. Place some heavy object on top of the wafer and let it cool down well.

For this occasion, I increased the measure twice and got the desired amount of wonderful cakes that melt in your mouth. They are decorative, easy to cut and economical.
