Twisted wafer, ingredients:
For the filling:
- 2 eggs,
- 150 g of sugar,
- 250 g of margarine,
- 100 g of cooking chocolate,
- 300 g of biscuits,
- 300 g of walnuts.
And more:
- 3 wafer sheets.
Twisted wafer, preparation:
- Put the wafer sheets between two wet, clean kitchen towels and leave them to soften.
- Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer, then steam them. Add margarine, cooking chocolate and mix until they melt and the mixture reaches the required thickness.
- Remove from the heat, add the broken biscuits, chopped walnuts and mix with a hand whisk to combine all the ingredients.
- Coat the softened wafer sheets with the batter and roll each one as tightly as possible. Leave to cool and harden.
- Cut the wafer into rings of the desired thickness, serve and serve.
TIP: use the biscuit of your choice. It is best if it is milky. A quick and tasty treat. Try it, enjoy!
