Twisted crunchy cake.
Twisted crunchy cake, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1/3 cube of yeast,
- 1,25 dl milk,
- 1,25 dl of water,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 2 eggs,
- 1 tablespoon fat,
- 50 g of melted margarine,
- sesame or flax seeds.
Twisted crackle cake, preparation:
- Put sugar, yeast and a spoonful of flour in the warm milk and let it rise for 15 minutes.
- Put flour, salt, 1 egg, fat and margarine, yeast in a mixing bowl and knead the dough and leave it to rise for 1 hour.
- Divide the risen dough into two parts.
- Roll the dough into rectangles with a rolling pin and cut into 1 cm strips on the long side, but not all the way on both sides. Twist from one corner into a roll and twist into a circle and place in the middle of the pan. Do the same with the other dough and place it around the circle in the pan.
- Leave to rise for 30 minutes.
- Beat the egg and coat the cake, sprinkle with sesame or flax seeds and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
