Waldorf salad - Ljiljana Stanković
Healthy and tasty salad
- one large celery
- 1 sour apple
- juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts
- glasses of half cream
- 2 spoons of mayonnaise
- little salt
- Clean the celery and grate it on a coarse grater. Pour lemon juice over it immediately so that it does not darken. Grate the apple on a coarse grater. Add a handful of ground walnuts, salt and combine with sour cream and mayonnaise.
It is best to use sour apple.
