Rollers.

Rollers, ingredients:

  • 250 - 300 g of flour
  • 50 ml of water
  • 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • salt, pepper, allspice

Rollers, preparation:

  • Knead the dough from flour, water and a little salt.
  • Roll it out into a finger-thick crust, then cut the crust into strips 1 cm wide, then tear the strips with your hands into a length of about 2 cm.
  • Cook them in boiling salted and oiled water for about 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, peel the potatoes.
  • Fry the onion in oil, add the previously cooked and strained dough, then the previously boiled and diced potatoes.
  • Add salt, pepper, add some allspice, fry for about 2 minutes.
