Great tasting pie

  • 500 g of pie crust
  • 1 liters of milk
  • 3 bags of vanilla pudding
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 100 g hazelnuts (ground)
  • 3 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g butter
  1. Put 900 ml of milk with sugar and vanilla sugar to boil
    Mix the pudding in 100 ml of milk and cook it in the boiled milk.
    Leave to cool a little.
    Melt the butter.
    Take one crust, pour a little melted butter over it, then place the second crust on top.
    Spread a little filling over the second crust, sprinkle some hazelnuts with a spoon and roll it up.
    Repeat as long as there is material.

  2. Arrange the rolls in a pan, coat them with the remaining butter and put them in the heated oven to bake.
