Vanilla cake with Turkish biscuit - very quick to make and very juicy and delicious...
- 1 liter of milk
- 12 spoon of sugar
- 3 bags of pudding (vanilla)
- 250 g of margarine (or butter)
- 450 g of Turkish biscuits
Phil II:
- 200 g of whipped cream
- 50 g of chocolate (grated)
- Make a pudding with sugar and a little milk - put the rest of the milk on the fire to boil, then pour the pudding with sugar in a stream.
- Cool the filling and mix it with whipped margarine.
Then beat 200 g. whipped cream and grated chocolate. - Filling: First the biscuit (do not soak it in juice or milk because it is soft enough), then the filling, then the whipped cream, again the biscuit filling, whipped cream... until we have used the cooked cream.
Decorate with whipped cream or melted chocolate on top...
