Vanilla biscuit cake with cherries - a light cake, very quick to make.

you need:

  • 750 ml milk
  • 7 spoons of sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 bags of vanilla pudding
  • 1 spoon of density
  • 125 g butter (or margarine)
  • 200 g of petit biscuits
  • 300 g of cherries ((peeled))

and more:

  • 60 g of vanilla cream
  • 120 ml milk
  1. Mix the pudding and the mixture, then pour in 200 ml of milk and mix well, so that there are no lumps. Put sugar and vanilla sugar in 550 ml of milk and heat (but do not boil). Pour in the pudding and stock and knead at a moderate temperature until it thickens.

  2. Remove from heat, add butter/margarine and stir to melt and combine.

  3. Add the broken biscuit. Stir.

  4. Transfer half of the mixture to a baking sheet (24-26 cm).

  5. Put cherries on top.

  6. And over the suspension, the second half of the mixture.

  7. Place in the refrigerator to cool and harden. Remove the ring.

  8. Beat the slag with milk and coat the cake. Return to the refrigerator to cool and set.
