Vanilla cookies - cookies with a wonderful taste that we choose according to our wishes... and they are made very quickly 😉
Vanilla cookies, ingredients:

- 125 g of margarine
- 125 g of flour
- 50 g of powdered sugar
- 50 g of vanilla pudding (chocolate (optional), powdered)
- 1 sachet of vanilla

Vanilla cookies, preparation:
- Knead the dough with margarine, powdered sugar, pudding (powdered), and flour, then rest it in the refrigerator wrapped in foil.
- Take the dough out of the fridge and shape it into a roll.
- Cut the rolling pin into equal half-cm pieces. There must be 36 cut pieces.
- Form balls (the size of a larger walnut) and put pieces of chocolate in each.
- Roll the dough into a ball and arrange it in a tray, leaving a space between the balls.
- Press each ball a little with a fork.
- Bake in a heated oven at 180 C.
