Vanilla.

Vanilla, ingredients:

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 500 g of fat
  • 200 ml of yogurt
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 bags of vanilla sugar
  • powder sugar
  • apricot jam or plum jam

Vanilla, preparation:

  • Beat the fat with the sugar with a mixer, then add the yogurt.
  • Gradually add flour and knead a smooth dough.
  • Dust the work surface well with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.
  • Scoop out vanilla beans with a cup or a mold and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake vanilla cakes at a temperature of 180 C for about 15 minutes.
  • Cool them, then join them with jam.
  • Roll the finished vanilla beans in powdered sugar mixed with vanilla sugar.
  • Pleasant!
