Young cabbage stew - Adilja Hodža
Dish "on a spoon".
- 1 head of cabbage
- 600 g of lamb
- 2 large onions
- 1 carrot
- 1 dl of tomato juice
- a little oil
- salt to taste
- beaver
- spices
- hot pepper pepperoni
- Fry chopped onion and meat in oil.
- Add sliced cabbage and carrot cut into rings, add red hot pepper, tomato juice, salt, pepper, spices, hot pepper (pepperoni) and mix well.
- Add water to cover the cabbage.
- Cook at medium temperature for an hour and a half.
- Serve warm with small homemade buns...
